Refunds & Exchanges

We DO NOT allow any refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed. Note: All Wig Sales are Final!! BMH allows exchanges if there is a problem with your order. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product for an exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, package, and labels attached. All sales are final once items are installed, worn, colored, used, etc. & it's non-refundable. 

Return Process

To return an item, please text  (706) 394-7601 or email customer service at to obtain confirmation. Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return back to us.
