Return Policy

We are pleased to offer an exchange policy on unopened hair extensions within FIVE (5) DAYS of receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order. So we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have not been unwrapped, worn, or tampered with! If the hair is altered in anyway, we will return the hair back to you.
Note: Wigs are custom ordered based on your selections. All wig sales are FINAL! Absolutely No returns or exchanges will be permitted on wig orders. Hair accessories and hair tools are also final sale items.

To return hair extensions, please text  (706) 394-7601 or email customer service at orders@bellamonroehair.com to obtain confirmation. Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return back to us.
