Shipping Time

Processing typically takes 2-4 business days before orders are shipped out for Bundles, Closures, Frontals, and Ponytails. Frontal/Glueless Wigs & Bling Accessories require 4-7 business days and require more time as all wigs are custom ordered. Ready to Wear Wigs are custom made and require 7-21 days for processing as the units are fully customized. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Priority Flat Rate Shipping is 1-3 business days depending on your location. All package delivery is with USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday. 

BMH is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays.
Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. Bella Monroe Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.

Order Tracking

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you via Paypal once your order has been shipped.

Signature Confirmation

A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and or shipping information inputted by the customer will cause delays as well. If you need additional information, please email orders@bellamonroehair.com. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange.
