The Complete Lowdown on All You Need to Know
Our goal is to assist you in making the perfect choice, and we're here to accommodate both refunds and exchanges.
For errors on Bella Monroe's part, please rest assured that we will facilitate a refund or exchange for hair extensions(bundles) that remain unopened, unworn, or untampered. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange on opened or used products or extensions.
Except for the specific case mentioned earlier with the bundles, all sales are considered final. Eg. Wigs are not eligible for returns or refunds.
All exchanges must occur within 7 days of you receiving the hair extensions(bundles). No exceptions. Do not remove the rubber bands from the hair. If rubber bands are removed, all exchanges will be void and not accepted.
Coloring, chemical alterations, or any modifications will make all guarantees null and void. Hair that has been installed, colored, washed, brushed, bleached, dyed, combed, or cut is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Carefully inspect the hair WITHOUT unwrapping or running fingers through the bundles to ensure the product is to your satisfaction. If you have reservations, don't hesitate to consult your stylist. In the event Bella Monroe is found liable, we will initiate a refund or exchange at no extra cost to our customers.
Please initiate your exchange request via email and ship your unwanted items back to Bella Monroe in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale, along with a copy of your exchange request in writing
To return your hair, use a box (available for free at the post office) and ensure it with a signature confirmation. Ship it to:

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange.

All items purchased on sale are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.
